What this bugger is
Pros: Genuine Lenovo power supply, at the price of a crummy clone.
Cons: They don't tell you what model it is (that FRU number, 51J0465, is a special refurb part number which doesn't yield any meaningful information when Googled), what computers it works with, or even what voltage it is. The photos don't show a readable version of the labeling on the power supply that would reveal that information.
Overall Review: So I will. It (at least the one I received) is Model 42T4434 (FRU 42T4435). This is a 20-volt power supply, as used by a wide range of recent Lenovo laptops. (I was taking a complete chance on it, and it worked with mine.) And that model number is actually google-able for details of compatibility.
Mine didn't last as long as it should
Pros: It was quiet until the bearings started going.
Cons: The bearings started going after only a little more than a year -- shortly after the warranty expired. I'd kept it running nearly 24/7 (at low speed), but at the price they're asking the fan should be better than that.
Not really fluid dynamic bearing
Pros: Quiet fan
Cons: Some people at the Silent PC Review website were saying that this fan isn't really a fluid dynamic bearing fan, just a sleeve bearing fan, so I ripped one of mine apart to see. They were right: the fan's bearing is just an ordinary steel shaft running in a brass (oilite) sleeve, with plastic washers at one end to take the thrust. It's still a decent fan for the price, but don't expect it to have the longevity of a true fluid dynamic bearing fan.
