Cons: - Can't get to work with Vista SP2 - Blu-Ray playback software not included

Overall Review: This is a nice looking drive, but I can't get it to work in Vista SP2 (which is odd, because it worked with the initial Vista install until I installed SP2 - yes, I know Vista is old, but I'm using an old license to build a computer for a kid.) Another external BD drive I have of the same form factor works fine, and this does work in a windows 7 machine I have, so I know it's not the computer or that the drive is broken. It also doesn't come with Blu-Ray playback software, even though the disk says "BD Suite" - very misleading. A product like this shouldn't be this difficult to use out of the box. An external optical drive should be plug in, install provided software that allows use of everything the drive is capable of, go. I would not recommend this product.
