Pros: USB recharger works great in the US. US adapter works great in the US.

Cons: Failed when used in Europe. Just the place where I needed it to work.

Overall Review: This product worked great when tested in the US. Unfortunately it failed the first time it was used in France. Changed out the fuse but still wouldn't provide power or recharge MP3 player. Fortunately most French hotels keep extra adapters on hand for American guests. Was hoping to have it as an MP3 player charger after returning to the states, but it no longer works in the US either. Completely failed purchase.

Pros: Sandisk Customer support and warranty group are great. When the player is functioning correctly and the songs have been successfully loaded from rhapsody it's Great!!!

Cons: You'll get to know the sandisk support staff on a first name basis. 3 players failed with different issues in a single year. Biggest con is the players had many issues with rhapsody service. My knees knocked everytime I opened rhaspsody and plugged in a player.

Overall Review: I bought two of these last Christmas (2006). Neither worked well with Rhapsody service. Frequently there were music licensing, player authorization and computer authorization issues. The phone jack on one player failed Sep. 2007. Got replacement, it's LCD and playback failed Dec. 2007. Other player's BIOS failed completely when attempting a firmware upgrade. That's three in a year that went TU.
