Pros: Design is practical and the design was good

Cons: (1) Metal sheeting for the MOBO tray is extremely thing, installing MOBO on the raisers shred the tray. (2) RMA is impossible, replacements given only after receiving item (no regard for the customer ... as a professional programmer I need my PC up and running not a 1-3 week period without it). (3) Internal material needs an upgrade in metal gauge.

Overall Review: Manufacturer replied to my initial review, said "... we want to make your RMA experience as easy as possible." So I called the phone number they gave in the reply, and the sales rep hung up on me. I then emailed the RMA email, as it also said in the reply no Response nearly 48 hours later.

Overall Review: The external construction and design of the case is nice, however, the thin MOBO tray material is problematic. Tech support was personable but RMA requests are irrational and make returns nearly impossible for a working professional to deal with. So this is a 'Buy at your own risk item".
