Pros: - Significantly less power consumption - Almost twice the performance PER CORE - 3MB cache - Higher quality stock heat sync (even for over clocking)

Cons: - Lower clock speeds (doesn't matter because per core performance is better) - Less Cores (less multitasking capabilities)

Overall Review: This is the first time I have ordered anything other than AMD, and I will never go back. This Intel dual core slaughtered my 860k in benchmarks and gaming performance Loving this processor!!
