Pros: Solid construction, easily manageable trays that don't feel flimsy. Converts 3 bays to 4 drive enclosures. Fan is very quiet.
Cons: Sata ports on the back are facing the wrong way for right-angle cables. D'oh! I realize I could have told that from the preview pictures, but didn't even think to look until I went to plug the cables in. (minus 1/2 egg) Note to manufacturer: For future models, rotate the sata ports 180 degrees to satisfy both customers who use straight and right-angle cables.
The 'locks' are functional, but a very loose definition of the term. If you have kids (bored roommates, etc.), this product must be in a locked cabinet. It's entirely too easy to unlock and out pops a drive! (minus 1/2 egg)
Other Thoughts: I have no problems recommending this, and will most likely be buying another in the future.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Vantec Stealth 120mm Double Ball Bearing Silent Case Fan - Model SF12025L
Pros: Quiet, yet moves a consider amount of air.
Other Thoughts: I've had these in about every build for the last two years.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: This was purchased for a library computer to be used for research and mild internet usage. I wasn't expecting near the performance this thing delivers! It's tiny, very very quiet, even runs Windows 7 with Aero. I looks great mounted to the back of the 24" LCD we got for this. Built in speaker surprised me how good it sounded, especially for system sounds. Dual-core with hyperthreading surprised me too. Odd to see a computer this small show as 4 logical cores in Performance Monitor. 64-bit CPU a plus.
Cons: Magnets for feet?
Other Thoughts: I had no trouble opening the case, installing the RAM and HD.READ FULL REVIEW
