Pros: Temperatures and fan speed dropped quite a bit from stock intel fan. Quieter than intel fan. I have memory with tall heat spreaders. It only fits with the fans parallel to the memory.

Cons: Doesn't fit on Asus sabertooth z77 without modifying the bracket that goes on the bottom of the MB. It rests on some surface mount components. I had to grind a notch in the bracket to clear them. Low fan speed triggers warnings.

Pros: Already has service pack 1 installed.
