Thermaltake V3 Black Edition
Pros: Good construction, easy to install everything. This is my second Thermaltake case and so far very happy with it.
Cons: MB sits way crammed up at the top with makes it hard to find fans to fit in the top. Looking to use water cooling next but not sure how to get it to fit.
Kinda noisy but cool
Pros: Cools APU very well
Cons: Kinda noisy and don't care for the fan control that has to be but in an expansion slot.
Fast Fast APU
Pros: Video Card built in, 4.4Ghz is blazing fast when paired up with an SSD. Windows 7 Ult. load time is less then 8 seconds. Plays and does anything I can throw at it. And kinda laughs at it cause it runs so well. Nice not to have to bother with buying a video card.
Cons: Stock fan is blow standard DO NOT USE. I used it with the first one and temp got well over 95c and burnt up the first chip. I used Artic Silver 5 and still burnt it up. Got a bigger fan and RMA'd the chip and all is well now. Going to get a water cooler and a bigger case next and see about getting 5 Ghz or so out of it.
Overall Review: Stock fan is usless, Totally usless I don't care if AMD says it's ok to use and ship it with the chip but it just don't cool it for anything. If you've been reading on here no one uses the stock fan and it's the biggest complaint. But the APU is flawless once ya get a good fan on it. Highly recommend.
Good Burner
Pros: Price, Price, Price. For $20 a DVD RW burned about 30-40 dvd's and cd's so far and not made one coaster yet. Burns well with Imgburn., Infra Recorder and Nero 10. Not tried Windows Burner on it yet and most likely never will.
Cons: None thus far, doing what I'm expecting with no errors.
Overall Review: Would be nice if they sent mounting screws with it, but no one does anymore so not a big deal.
Super Happy
Pros: Fast, Quick, Speedy, easily configurable.
Cons: None
Overall Review: Don't know how this could get any better. I've had this for 2 years and memory test still the same as day one.
Great Speed
Pros: So quick that my computer now waits on me to make the decisions. Easy install and loaded Win7 right on it. Took about 15 min from install to using windows and loading all my regular software on it.
Cons: First thing I did was use the OCZ Toolbox to update the firmware. The first attempt said bad sectors. Then I restarted and tried it again and it worked fine.
