This review is from: Rosewill R2-JBOD - Aluminum 3.5" SATA I / II USB 2.0 Dual-Bay External Enclosure
Pros: It holds 2 hard drives
Cons: unfortunately they don't work in it. The day I got this, one drive worked most of that day & the other one worked a little that day Then windows 7 64 bit crashed & I went back to XP 32 bit & never did see them with it, Now I'm back with Win 7 64 bit. & trying to see them again, You'd thank I'd learned my lesson the first time.
Other Thoughts: When I opened this I saw right off that it had a Questionable capacitor in it cause it's noticeably bent. & I've come to realize that this thing when on, stops my computer from shutting down & if on when booting stops windows from loading for a good 30 min. both waysREAD FULL REVIEW
Pros: ran good for a month
Cons: stopped working..
Other Thoughts: junk,. But I think they're not making them like they use to OR UPS is hard as hell on um..Every 1TB. hard drive that I've bought has gone bad ..All 5 of them.& don't think the WD black is any better, When it went out I didn't even get a warning All I got was smart has failed. I tried to figure out what was the best for my system So I got a Seagate, W.D. Black, Samsung, & 2 Hitachi & another W. D. Black for my operating system but got a 640 GB thinking it would be more dependable. OK so I was wrong I give it another month at the most. And no I don't have nothing backed up cause I can't keep one running long enough, They was my backups....It's a miracle I've been able to stomach my loss cause It would take me a year to get just my loss back....now I'm starting to fill ill.....READ FULL REVIEW
