Tablet sent to me was packaged well for a refurbished unit, but the item sent to me (in the USA) was a German unit and I was forced to register the tablet on the German Wacom website. None of the promised extras were sent to me except for a downloaded version of Corel Painter Essentials which did work. Contacted Beach Camera and they just passed the buck by saying it was Wacom's fault. No offer to help fix the problem. No contact info given about their supplier of refurbished German tablets. Thank you, Beach Camera. I won't be buying anything from you again on here or on any other website that carries your merchandise.
