Great Monitor - With one catch

Dell UltraSharp U2412M 24" Full HD 1920 x 1200 60Hz 8ms DisplayPort VGA DVI-D 4xUSB 2.0 Pivot Swivel Height Adjustable LED Backlit IPS Widescreen LCD Monitor
Dell UltraSharp U2412M 24" Full HD 1920 x 1200 60Hz 8ms DisplayPort VGA DVI-D 4xUSB 2.0 Pivot Swivel Height Adjustable LED Backlit IPS Widescreen LCD Monitor

Pros: Definitely a beautiful monitor, and it works amazingly for gaming, despite the naysayers. BLOPS2, BF3, DayZ, and everything else I own is perfect on this monitor. The monitor's view angle is amazing, as well as the adjustable stand. You can drop this bad boy all the way to the desk if you want. Colors are good, but I'm not in the photography business, so not the best person to ask for professional applications. For entertainment, it's darn perfect. The brightness is superb as well. A minor bit of glare due to ambient light, but it was a simple angle change and bam--fixed.

Cons: The one issue that people were complaining about in their reviews, and one that I can confirm, is the bleed-through. I spent over a week with this monitor before noticing, however. And even then, it's really only on a near-black screen, and only in the lower right corner discolored from the bleed. This are is approximately 2 inches by 3 inches, and is a bit distracting, but that's all it is: distracting. Not a dealbreaker, but my OCD does kick into overdrive when I see it. I've played with settings to some degree to alleviate.

Overall Review: Overall, it's a great buy for the money, and exceeds my expectations. I knew ahead of time that bleed-through was a good possibility, and it's not too terrible. Also, keep in mind there IS NO HDMI. DVI and regular-sized Display Port, along with your standard VGA cable. Amazing Card - Until it Died. :'( (+1 to EVGA Support though!)

EVGA 02G-P4-2685-KR GeForce GTX 680 SC Signature+ w/Backplate 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
EVGA 02G-P4-2685-KR GeForce GTX 680 SC Signature+ w/Backplate 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: This is an amazing card. Beautiful packaging, the physical look is good, and it performs amazingly. It plays BF3, DayZ, BLOPS2, and everything else I've thrown at it at highest settings without issues. It was a breeze to install, and the Precision X software makes monitoring and FPS display easy and in one application.

Cons: Sadly, this card started TDR'ing 'windows display kernel/driver has restarted' on me Day 1, but I assumed it was drivers. Updated to the newest WHQL, and the problem went away for a few days. Happened again. Updated to the newest beta, and no more problems for a week or so. However, the problems became more constant, to the point where it was crash before I was finished logging in. So I ruled out RAM, power, hard drives, and monitor, and came to the conclusion it was my video card (like I already knew, but hey, better safe than sorry!). Probably a bad core, memory corruption, or the like.

Overall Review: I contacted EVGA customer service, and their RMA process is amazing. Just register your product, request an RMA, and they even send you the shipping label. Quick and easy. I'll update this review after I get my new card, but chances are I just got unlucky and got a bad one. But I'm so far extremely pleased with EVGA's support, and the card itself before it died.

Perfect, works as advertised!

Select* Honda Acura 03-11 Auxiliary AUX-IN interface; Bluetooth capable Adapter
Select* Honda Acura 03-11 Auxiliary AUX-IN interface; Bluetooth capable Adapter

Pros: This kit works exactly as advertised for my 2006 Honda Accord. You need a plastic panel remover, and a phillips screwdriver, and that's just for getting to the radio. Once you have access to your factory radio system, it's a tool-free install. The Y-Splitter included worked perfectly for a bridge in between my factory-installed XM and my stereo unit. More than enough cable is provided, so you can mount things where you want.

Cons: I cannot think of a Con, but I guess just to nitpick I can say the USB female end is a bit ugly, but you can easily (for cheap as well) buy a Male/Female (that's Male end and Female end!) USB extension and pick one more to your liking. Oh, and I had to disconnect my XM from the Y-splitter to get the AUX to detect, but only the first time, and from then on it worked perfectly.

Overall Review: You can search youtube more than likely for instructions on how to remove your factory radio, and I recommend this if you don't know how to do so safely. Better yet, have a professional install it. But having never done it before, a youtube video in conjunction with the OEM manual worked fine. You won't need any tools other than the ones needed to access the radio. The only piece of advice I can offer is the same as in the Cons, make sure your AUX is detected properly, and if not, try having the GROM be the only ancillary input connected until it detects. And make sure everything works well before putting all your panels/screws back in. :P

Broken. Two of them.

OCZ Vector Series 2.5" 256GB SATA III MLC VTR1-25SAT3-256G
OCZ Vector Series 2.5" 256GB SATA III MLC VTR1-25SAT3-256G

Pros: Speed was excellent, installation easy, blah blah blah. It's one of the fastest SSDs out right now. Performed excellent.

Cons: Here's where it gets fun: I had one go -completely- dead on me. No detection in BIOS, swapped power, cables, verified everything in the mobo was supplying correct power... dead. It happens, so I wasn't too stressed. Thought I got some manufacturing or QA failure. Returned it, got a new one, worked great. Until it failed in the same timeframe, with the same symptoms. Needless to say I went with a different brand during the next return. And my pro works nicely.

Overall Review: Could be some anomaly with my mobo, but I sincerely doubt it. Multimeter, oscilloscope, and 1500VA battery backup/regulator begs that it's the brand.

Good company.

My order of two items from them were exactly as advertised, with documentation, bundled in one package together, and arrived in a short amount of time. I'd definitely buy from them in the future.
