Pros: This battery shipped promptly and I thought the packaging was adequate for the product. The battery fits perfectly in my Dell Axim x51v.

Cons: None at this point! (Haven't even had it a month.)

Overall Review: I received my battery and cover in a bubble envelope not a box--doesn't bother me too much as it did its job of protecting what was inside. Some people may prefer the box. The cover doesn't seem to lock in place--but I had trouble with my OEM cover locking in place as well so it may be my Axim. Overall, I'm very pleased with my new battery.

Pros: Great service, exactly like the description. Works in my almost 4-year-old HP Pavilion dv5003cl.

Cons: None.

Overall Review: I bought 2 of these to max out the RAM in my Laptop. It's been working great!
