Pros: Simple, easy to install, inexpensive

Cons: This bracket is too tall! It juts out about a quarter inch on the top of my Shuttle XPC (hard drives are mounted on the very top of the case). The case cover does not line up properly. Handle seems like a nice idea but just gets in the way of plugging in the power and data cables. Screw holes for the plastic pins did not line up with my 3.5 inch mounting bracket.
