Very Good but has it's Drawbacks

Corsair Crystal Series 680X RGB CC-9011168-WW Black Steel / Plastic High Airflow Tempered Glass ATX Smart Case
Corsair Crystal Series 680X RGB CC-9011168-WW Black Steel / Plastic High Airflow Tempered Glass ATX Smart Case

Pros: Large case as far as width and height. Easy to install all the PC components. No sharp edges were found on this case, no finger or knuckle cuts for once. Very good airflow and it's a beast with the ability to install eight 120mm fans internally. Magnetic hold on the glass swinging door, no screws needed and easy to access if needed. Cable management really is no issue with all the extra room you get. Comes with three Corsair LL120 fans in the front.

Cons: The gap between the glass door and the case might be a dust issue. The biggest con I have is that the case, as big as it is, will not support a 360mm Rad at the top and must be mounted on the front. This is a big issue if you have a long video card and you must mount it vertically and buy a PCI-E riser cable that suitable for your GPU that is not included. I only have it mounted vertically because it would not fit horizontally where I feel it would get more airflow to the GPU from the bottom 2 fans that are optional that I installed.

Overall Review: The case is very good and roomy. I was able to mount the rad with the tubes at the bottom (which is preferred) because I used a riser cable for the GPU. It would be nice if the case had just a little more length to it for the newer and longer GPU's. If you have a longer GPU make sure you order a PCI-E Riser Cable as well. I also chose to move the LL120 fans to the inside of the case because I installed the H150i Elite LCD that came with ML120 fans. The ML fans have more airflow but the LL fans look better and I also installed additional LL fans. Overall I would buy this case again knowing what I know now and the changes and additional changes and parts I would need to make and order.

Nice features and Cools CPU with Push/Pull

CORSAIR iCUE H100i RGB PRO XT, 240mm Radiator, Dual 120mm PWM Fans, Software Control, Liquid CPU Cooler, CW-9060043-WW LGA 1700 Compatible
CORSAIR iCUE H100i RGB PRO XT, 240mm Radiator, Dual 120mm PWM Fans, Software Control, Liquid CPU Cooler, CW-9060043-WW LGA 1700 Compatible

Pros: Quiet and Cools Ryzen 9 9700X

Cons: It's big in a small case, even cases made by Corsair like the one I have (CORSAIR iCUE 220T RGB)

Overall Review: Fans are quiet and I have 4 of them in a Push/Pull Configuration on a Ryzen 9 3900X. With 4 fans you need a bigger case or modify the case like I did so that the radiator is mounted on the top of my case. I wish Newegg would allow photos. Two PWM cables are wired to the block along with a single wire to the CPU Fan Header. It's powered by a SATA power connector and Another wire from the block to an open 9 pin USB block on the motherboard for the IQUE software.

Good Case for a Great Price

RAIDMAX Cobra ATX-502WTIU Titanium / Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
RAIDMAX Cobra ATX-502WTIU Titanium / Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: Larger than a mid case, plenty of Room for building, very cool looking, and good airflow. Appears sturdy once the PSU is installed and has bottom weight for stability. Has enough space for 5 large fans and a large CPU Cooler. Drive mounting rails included that snap into place pretty well. Nice space for cable routing and management. Metal is rounded so no sharp edges appear to be an issue. The front fan is mounted with posts through the fan holes. **

Cons: Top mounting for fans have rubber grommets but you need to use screws provided with larger heads that make it look Cheesy and take away some awe. Front fan is Worthless as it's only a 2 wire Molex plug. Rear Fan only running at 800 rpm which might be defect. Can't find spec for it. Would have been 5 eggs with better fans and an attractive top mounting for the fans.

Overall Review: ** Replace the front fan. Would have been nice to have 4 additional posts to mount a second fan then would have 6. Make sure your PSU has a long cable for the ATX power plug or get an extension when purchasing this case due to the bottom mounted PSU

Kicks Buck !

OCZ Platinum 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model OCZ2N10662GK
OCZ Platinum 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model OCZ2N10662GK

Pros: I purchased this memry because it was tested to work in ASUS P5Q-E and it was a flawless install. I Set the Dram to 2.1v as required, and it kicks Buck. Running it in Duel Channel Symmetric mode off the bat. CPU-Z Reading as 534.5 MHZ FSB:DRAM=1:2 Cas: 5-5-5-15 2T Bank Cycle time is 22 @ 2.10v and it's Smokin. Not a single hickup or bogdown as of yet.

Cons: NONE AT ALL

Overall Review: Going to add 2 more of these and an OCZ Heatsink Fan later.

BANGING THE BUCK

ASUS P5Q-E LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard
ASUS P5Q-E LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard

Pros: This board was very easy to install as an upgrade from an MSI x975 board I purchased from New Egg a few years ago. I flashed the bios on the first boot to the newest version on the Asus website before booting to Vista Ultimate, and it had no issues. The board itself is pretty well laid out and I planned ahead so that I could use older parts until upgraded parts are available to me. I used a core 2 E6400 Intel processor. This board dropped the temp 10C from the old board running around 28-32C now. I also used an x1600 Pro Radeon in the 1 pci-e X16 slot that this board has, and then upgraded to a Visiontek 4850 in one of the 2 pci-x 2.0 slots. Both slots on this motherboard worked as they were designed to with no issues. I purchased 2 sticks of DDR2 1066 OCZ Platinum and set the bios to 2.1V and the memory in Duel channel EPP mode is running at 533 2:1 latency of 5-5-5-5-15 2T.

Cons: The one drawback is that 1 sata port is blocked by the 4850 extended card.

Overall Review: This is the perfect motherboard if you want to upgrade in bits and pieces without doing it all at once. I planned ahead and I purchased this board as an open box and saved more money. The retail version has no bells and whistles to speak of than this does. All drivers and software is available from Asus on line that you will need. So I made my own UPDATED driver disk.

Pros: Super Fast! This SATA drive seems to be faster than my IDE Lite-On Drive at the same write speeds. It's much quieter than the IDE drive also. Plugged it in and burned 4 CD-R's with NO ERRORS, within 10 minutes of receiving it.

Cons: NONE, 100% Satisfied.

Overall Review: If your looking for a DVD burner and have a SATA cabled motherboard, the drive far exceeds the price your paying for it.
