Pros: These are the same dimensions as the hard drive and fit nicely, unlike all the other brands out there that are large and/or stick out from the drive. There is a foam piece on the back to prevent a short. Master/Slave jumper is included. Works as expected.

Cons: No IDE cable included.

Overall Review: I bought 5 of these and I am using 4 in an IDE Raid setup in an old server. Large SATA drives are cheaper and easier to find. Helped me turn the old server in to a cheap, high capacity NAS. I'm using FreeNAS and everything works great.
