Pros: this is fantastic, purchased after all the other good reviews. cheap too, i had the microsoft rechargable and plug and play kit, but the battery seem to die and i always had to have it plugged in. this works great easy to store controllers too, and it shuts off and stops charging when its done. unlike the plug and play. also has the seprate lights to indicate when charging.

Cons: non really so far, the lights are very bright, so if you have a small room could be annoying its fine on me since its all set up behind me :)

Overall Review: buy this :) if you good charging and holding.

Pros: love the illumination, layout is good, and its easy on the eyes.

Cons: its not wireless. and when your xbox is in the back of the room it is just painfull, would have been eiasy for MS to desgin for wireless use like the controllers.

Pros: very nice picture quilty, once you get the settings right. looks awsome to me, like the webcam idea.

Cons: webcam seems lacking but its built in so can't complain to much
