Cons: antennas difficult to attach to wifi card; wifi card signal is not great

Overall Review: I had purchased a unit that I returned because it dropped bluetooth immediately (and I needed it connected with a bluetooth keyboard/pad combo to work as htpc). As I wanted to give it another chance, I purchased it again, and this unit works fine. I came back to edit my original review, but noticed tech support had replied with a suggestion on power management. I double checked now and have it with that setting, and it is working good for my needs; maybe the original unit was defective, maybe not, but because of the documentation and the hassle of the return, I am upgrading my review to 4 eggs instead of 5; happy customer here.

Pros: the idea is great for an htpc, with kodi, netflix and slingplayer. windows 8.1 installs with no issues, and the drivers from the cd work first try.

Cons: wifi works only if in front of wireless router; bluetooth drops after 5 seconds so cannot be used.

Overall Review: if you are planning on running it via ethernet only, and plugging a wireless keyboard/mouse combo in one of the 2 usb ports, you are ok, and this unit would be great i guess. if you are planning on saving your usb port and using bluetooth instead (what i wanted to do), you cannot use this device. for a moment I thought was the antennas disconnected from the wifi card, but it is not the case; i am really very dissapointed as i have made too much expectations on it. i did not receive the usb hub from the promotion either :( could not leave zero eggs so I have to leave one.

Overall Review: I have the 20 cup model since May 2014 (little over 6 months). You need to be constantly stirring the rice so that it does not get burn at the bottom, defeating the purpose on an automatic rice cooker. If let unattended, either the rice will be a combination of raw and burn at the bottom. I regret this purchase and would have gone with a cheaper less "intelligent" rice cooker.
