Cons: Very Slow burn/ rip times, Not really a Samsung.

Overall Review: Don't waist you money. Very slow burn / rip times. 3 to 10 times slower than other drives, never got anywhere near 24X. I've had two of these, the first one started ok and slowed down dramatically after a couple of months, the second one was slow out of the box. Also, It's not really a Samsung, it doesn't say Samsung on it anywhere, it's a TSST (a Toshiba/Samsung partner ship which is 51% owned by Toshiba)

Overall Review: I got this a gift. Contacted Coby customer service and was told there was nothing they could do, but if I had contacted them two days earlier they would have replaced it. lousy product lousy customer service.
