This review is from: Coboc Model SC-SATA3-18 18" SATA III 6Gb/s Data Cable,Red
Pros: NO useless locking latch. YAY!!
Cons: None. Data connectors click into place just like the Power connectors do. No need for a useless latch.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Mainboard 4-Port USB 2.0 Header Host Case Rear Panel Backup Bracket Extension
Pros: None. A waste.
Cons: One pair is not only misaligned with the bracket holes, making USB-connector insertion difficult or impossible, but removing the bracket and testing the pair reveals they don't work at all. Instead of 1 slot hosting 4, it's only a 2-USB card. This is the 9th bracket tested, and all 9 failed in this same way.
This is a very BAD batch, since our other were purchased a month earlier.
Other Thoughts: Find another seller. Their inventory batch can't be THIS bad.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Large enough for 9.5mm HDDs and, with a pad, solid enough for the smallest. The open-close latch makes re-fitting different HDDs a breeze, and I have come to prefer the built-in USB 3 as opposed to the separated one.
Cons: None, unless there is opposition to a built-in cable.
Other Thoughts: I can see that some folks don't trust a built-in cable that is directly wired to the small processor-board inside. If this cable is yanked or snagged sufficiently, the housing is probably destroyed. Of course, a torn-out USB plug does the same thing, too. Having the cable built-in, though, seems the superior option because "leaving the cable behind" or losing it occurs far more often than careless cable snags. But that's a question each consumer should answer for themselves.READ FULL REVIEW
