Pros: My shipment arrived on the day it was expected, and their notification emails were accurate and helpful.

Cons: This item is a generic replacement for my Brother printer. While the item number on the box appeared to be right, the cartridge did not look the same as the one I removed from the printer. It was also leaking toner powder all over itself (and me), so I didn't want to try it in my printer to see if it fit.

Overall Review: Newegg is sending me a return shipping label, but the credit for my return will not go through until they have received it back.
