Overall Review: This extender can connect automatically but it would not do this for me. Maybe me. I called tech support just before I was going to send it back to NewEgg. They walked me through a manual configuration of the Extender and it works great. Now I can go to my patio with my lap top and the extender works and laptop works great too. I am very happy about this technology. I bought this refurbished so if it didn't work I would not be out much cash. Surprise me: it works great. Extender really work.

Pros: This keyboard is the best key action of any keyboards that I have ever owned. I have been using computers since my first one (an 8086 processor computer). The back light is also great.

Cons: The key board sets too flat so I have raised up the back side and now it is great.
