No SSD
Pros: Everything looks good - EXCEPT THERE'S NO SSD!
Cons: Everything looks good - EXCEPT THERE'S NO SSD! It's a 5400rpm drive that's well used. It doesn't have any ATA or smart errors, but it's definitely no 160GB SSD. This is a deal breaker. Customer service has been an absolute nightmare trying to get this straightened out.
Overall Review: I needed this for a show and paid for rush processing and overnight shipping. Fedex had a flight with a problem and couldn't deliver next day. Next it shows up without the 160GB SSD. Then Newegg tells me it will take 3-7 business days to resolve the issue, despite my persistence. After 8 days, they send me an email saying the issue has been resolved. WHAT!? So after a phone conversation I'm told it's a vendor issue and I need to contact MetroPC. I was given an email address to a specific person there - and they have no idea what Newegg is talking about! It's clearly wrong and Newegg isn't doing anything to fix the problem. It's like they're ignoring it. I've spent thousands with Newegg and never had an issue. If they don't get this resolved asap it will be my last dollar spent here.
