Overall Review: I've got two of these together, running a Logitech webcam just fine off of a USB-2 port!

Pros: 24/7/365 phone support very knowledgeable, friendly. Easy to set up on network.

Cons: Definite issues with toner sensors. It can go from almost full to low within few prints, even with "genuine Oki toners". Then it's a guessing game, in conjunction with pop ups on computer screen every time it prints.

Overall Review: If you hold your breath right, it works great. But re-occurring toner sensor issues make this unit unreliable. Bad unit? Maybe. Service/support folks have not resolved this issue yet. We may be looking for alternate printer soon, in less than a year.

Cons: This printer has had issues from the initial setup. Changing the belt unit should NOT cause it to believe it's totally out of toner. Toner cost too much to have a machine suddenly refuse to work, just because it's toner sensors are not reading correctly. Especially true when using GENUINE Oki toners! Come on, offer up some true fix or a lemon return!

Overall Review: This unit is about 1 year, 3 months old. This is the second time I've replaced the belt unit, and the second time this has happened!

Pros: Solid case, easy to install drives with drive bay in/out easily. USB 3 on front/back. Case fan is quiet . I did call In Win prior to purchase, got friendly, knowledgeable support.

Cons: Limited (online only) documentation. Power supply cables could be a couple of inches longer to make easier reach to DVD drive.
