This review is from: AeroCool Shark Fan 12cm Devil Red Edition 120mm Case Fan
Pros: Moves a good amount of air. Look very neat, great leds.
Cons: 1 of 2 fans I got clicks when mounted horizontally. I had these on a H100 rad, and one fan consistently clicked and was very annoying. The fans are also much louder than I would have liked. While on the rad, a HUGE amount of air was being thrown out the sides and down into the case (it is set up as an exhaust).
Other Thoughts: DO NOT GET THESE for radiator use. Between the very poor radiator performance (air not being forced through the high fin rad) and the clicking, I'm very upset about my purchase. Bitfenix's Spectre Pro series work better on my rad, as do Corsair's offerings.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Huge, huge, and dare I say, big? This thing is enourmous, and certainly overkill for a computer case. It looks great, has more than enough features for anything you want to do, and is a breeze to work with. The doors are EPIC. Car doors! On a pc! I have a huge mess of wires on the backside of the mb tray, and the door closed with no issues (just a test...but I don't know if you can have too many wires back there...space, space, space)
Cons: There is a massive amount of plastic on the case. This may help reduce the weight, but a lot of the case is pretty fragile.
Other Thoughts: This case is not, in any way, necessary for a performance pc. However, if you like showing off, and enjoy bigger things (that's what she said) this is worth the price. I didn't buy this from Newegg as it was on sale elsewhere and I got $4 overnight shipping, so I got the case the day after I ordered.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: The keys feel great (the mechanical ones, anyway) and the keyboards features seem great. The red keys you can replace the normal keys work wonderfully and feel really cool when gaming out. I love the feel and light touch necessary to hit the keys you want to while gaming. I "feather" the keys now and they just feel super responsive. build quality is great, and this keyboard is heavier than my previous wireless Logitech keyboard that is near twice the physical size.
Cons: The reason for writing this product as only 2 stars is because of customer service. The red keys 1-6 show in many pictures that the Shift-symbols above the 1-6 are there, but in real life there are no symbols, so if you want the red keys 1-6 with symbols so you know what symbol will be there while typing, you are out of luck. For not selling a product as advertised, even while its not a huge deal, I'm taking an egg off for that.
Other Thoughts: I'm taking two eggs off for customer service. After contacting Corsair about the key issue (obviously, at some point they had red keys with symbols to take pictures of!) their response was "sorry for not selling you what we said we would. You are out of luck." This is infrustrating to me as a consumer of such an expensive keyboard, and makes me wonder how well they'd take care of me should I need future support. For me, a large part of a product rating is the support of that product. For example...I have a Silverstone Case that needed something replaced...I called, no voice menus, and a guy named Dave took my info and sent a replacement out that day, hand addressed. Now THAT'S good customer service. I expect that kind of service on higher end components.
In short; I would buy another mechanical keyboard if I were to consider something in this price range again.
