Works great!

MSI GeForce 8800 GT 512MB GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 SLI Support Video Card NX8800GT 512M OC
MSI GeForce 8800 GT 512MB GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 SLI Support Video Card NX8800GT 512M OC

Pros: Runs Oblivion 1440x900 at Ultra High quality with very playable fps (AMD 6000+, 4GB RAM, Gigabyte 750a Motherboard) Also interfaces great with the Gigabyte 750a Hybrid SLI technology - it says it has a total of 1792MB memory - 512MB dedicated memory, and 1279MB Shared system memory Also the CD and the drivers it came with worked fine with me, no bugs or anything

Cons: I don't have two, but don't see a need in getting another since it literally can play Oblivion at Ultra High Quality with Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul Full version, and a few other mods.

Overall Review: Specs: AMD 6000+, 4GB RAM installed, 8800GT, 750a Gigabyte Motherboard, 850w modular power supply (for that second graphics card)

Good inexpensive Keyboard/Mouse Combo

GEAR HEAD KB5500W Black 103 Normal Keys 15 Function Keys 2.4G Wireless Slim Desktop & Optical Mouse
GEAR HEAD KB5500W Black 103 Normal Keys 15 Function Keys 2.4G Wireless Slim Desktop & Optical Mouse

Pros: Nice quiet keys, nice sound control, music playing control, nice quick keys on top. Works well by hiding all of the cords that were on my desk. Overall good keyboard if you use it within a a clear line of sight between the PC and the keyboard, and less than 6 or so feet. It was USD40 with shipping included for a wireless keyboard and mouse that hides the cords. Inexpensive at the time for what I was looking for. Also, with the batteries in the mouse, the mouse is the perfect weight, not ultra light, but not the heaviest mouse either.

Cons: Works best on a desk, within a few feet of your computer. Not really meant to be used with a HTPC 6+ feet away, with stuff in between. It loses connection once there is anything that is blocking its direct line of sight, only a few feet away. Works 6+ feet away, with nothing blocking it.

Overall Review: I noticed that when I set up my PC on the side of my couch, and had the keyboard on my lap on the couch, sitting only 2 or 3 feet away from my PC, the keyboard lost its connection every 10 or so minutes, because the side of the couch was apparently in the way. The mouse had this problem too, but it did not happen as often as with the keyboard.

Overall Review: Xbox Live Gold Membership from Microsoft: USD50 for 12 months. Xbox Live Gold Membership from Newegg: USD40 for 13 months Is that not a deal?

Works Great, no problems

XCLIO GREATPOWER X14S8P4 850 W ATX12V / EPS12V 80 PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply
XCLIO GREATPOWER X14S8P4 850 W ATX12V / EPS12V 80 PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply

Pros: Hooked it up, ran nicely - I really like how its modular to keep mess low and airflow up Allows for multiple graphics cards Overall a good power supply

Cons: you have a few different sets of cables all hooked up together, so if you only need to hook up one piece of equip to each cable, you have to use all of the cables, nixing the modularity. it comes with a pci cable with about 4 pci plugs, a hard drive and optical drive cable with about 4 plugs, a 4 pin molex cable with about 4 plugs and maybe another set of connected cables ( i forget now i built it a week ago ) but each of these sets of cables is just one long cable and 4 or 5 plugs down it for its respective purposes. so the cables are still long if you need to use them - i was just hoping for maybe a little bit of more individualized cabling, but enought about that It is still a good PS

Overall Review: powering: AMD 6000+, gigabyte 750a, MSI8800GT, 4GB Corsair, Vista Ultimate, HD, and OD. PS students: check your university bookstore for OS's they are half price for student versions!

Cool case, no frills, good airflow, just what I want

Rosewill R604-P SL 120mm Fan ATX Mid Tower Computer Case, with mesh air filters, adjustable vents & Tool-Free kits
Rosewill R604-P SL 120mm Fan ATX Mid Tower Computer Case, with mesh air filters, adjustable vents & Tool-Free kits

Pros: Cool sleek look to it, no gimicky led's, lcd's, lsd's etc. Awesome space on the side for another fan. I installed quiet fans in every available slot, and this case is very cool (55c max with 6000+ and coolermaster cooler) Also came with a plastic cylinder sort of thing for air to go directly to the processor form the side vent, very cool. the bottom sideways multiple hard drive holder slides out after taking out a screw, exactly what I wanted for more airflow also, you can stick a hard drive above the 3.5' external slot and below the bottom 5.25' external slot Overall Great Case! I am very happy with it

Cons: Not many, the power button is a little bright, but that is what you will get with most, if not all computer cases A little hard to get that front fan in, and it only offers one of the 7 pci slot shields to screw in - all the others you bend and break off so I hope I don't have to move any of my pci cards same goes for the bottom two 5.25' trays they don't seem to have the button and shield that the top two have. (it looks like its just the shield you have to take off to use it)

Overall Review: I would recommend this case to anyone - i mainly got it because of the great airflow it offers the fans i have are 19db fans at 1500rpm - the case is very quiet and very cool Specs: AMD 6000+, MSI8800GT, Gigabyte 750a, 4GB Corsair, 850w PS, Vista PS!!! If you're a student: check with your university bookstore for operating systems! I got mine for half price!

Arctic Silver 5 High-Density Polysynthetic Silver Thermal Compound AS5-3.5G
Arctic Silver 5 High-Density Polysynthetic Silver Thermal Compound AS5-3.5G

Pros: Works as described - only put a rice grain size on the processor - works great - keeps my AMD 6000+ between 58c (gaming) and 44c

Cons: doesn't do something absurdly funny

Overall Review: 6000+, MSI8800GT, Gigabyte 750a motherboard, 4GB RAM
