Overall Review: If you want to know why you only have 14.9 GB showing up in windows it is because when you market storage space you market it as a decimal number. 16GB = 16,000,000,000 Bytes. The computer reads storage as binary so 16GB of decimal is equal to 14.9 GB binary (as the computer sees it). Do the math: Decimal - 16,000,000,000 Bytes / 1000 /1000 / 1000 = 16 GB, Binary - 16,000,000,000 Bytes / 1024 / 1024 / 1024 = 14.9 GB.
