This review is from: Accell UltraAV DisplayPort to DisplayPort Version 1.2 Cable
Pros: I bought 3 cables from a different vendor and did not know about the pin 20 issue of Displayport cables. This cable is compliant with use of computer monitors. If you get one that has the pin 20 issue it will feed voltage back into your videocard/possibly damage it and your motherboard.
Other Thoughts: None...if you have problems shutting down your system and just can't shut it down even when depressing the power button for 10 seconds....look at the cables being used if they are display port and look up the pin 20 issue.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: I like the curved surface it has a decent image and does well with video and pictures look great...I use displayport on them. It's a bit of a lower profile than what I thought it would be but still awesome since I bought 3 of them.
Cons: There is one that has a spot as if someone pushed too hard while packing it. Not sure if I can ever swap that one for another. ?? I did get the plan where if something happens to it I can swap for another. What say Newegg?? It shows up quite a bit on a screen showing the color grey. The other two monitors are perfect.
Other Thoughts: When the computer brings them out of "Sleep" mode, they seem to make a creaking/shifting sound as if they are heating up. Strange since it's an LED monitor. Not sure why they would ALL make that sound. I guess they do get a bit hot if left on...but as is for all monitors. ??READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: 16GB of absolute rock solid memory.
Cons: Not sure if I see much of a difference. I had 8GB prior, I suppose it depends on how much I need to multitask.
Other Thoughts: I guess I'll try running a bunch of programs simultaneously to see if anything slows down...most likely not going to happen with a SSD installed. ;-)READ FULL REVIEW
