Pros: Tech Support is awesome

Cons: I had issues with the first one being defective, it wouldn't record properly and it wouldn't power up correctly. They were great in sending out a brand new replacement unit that i haven't had any issues with. Works great now. Buttons do take a little getting used to

Cons: Drive arrived with Error Rates thru the roof. Not even worth a penny. Never again

Pros: It look good overall.

Cons: The unit i received had a dented speaker cone, and even though it still worked, the sound was really bad and barely acceptable. I had the volume turned up almost all the way and it wasn't even a little loud.

Overall Review: I would definitely spend your money on a more expensive speaker setup. I bought the Logitech THX Certified speakers with the sub and i love it.

Comments: Awesome Media. I used the Memorex 8x prior to the Ritek and I can easily say the Ritek is more compatible with DVD Players. Look forward to ordering more.
