Pros: Can be configured to auto-shutdown ports based on humidity and temperature.

Cons: Auto-restart state is still not configurable! The manufacturer's response is unclear. There is now no way to enable the previous functionality of having computers that were running stay off after a power failure. I bought this WANTING the feature the other commenter complained about, thinking that by fixed, it was now configurable. No "fixed" means that they just switched the logic.

Pros: Cheap for a 24 port POE switch.

Cons: Only 12 of the 24 ports actually provide POE (see the link to the manufacturer's site).

Overall Review: It would be helpful for New Egg to explain this on either the product or spec page, or both!
