Pros: Product is good, Service is good. Shipping is quick. Price is acceptable.

Cons: It's a lier. I got it on Monday, And its price is 519-30=489. And now it is 479 without any coupons. i don't care about paying for $10 more. But I still feel that I have been cheated. I won't return the product since it's a great phone.

Overall Review: I think I won't buy any products from newegg cause I hate cheating.
