Cons: No DVD burner, just player. Will replace with one from junked PC.

Overall Review: Performs as well as my Dell laptop which cost more than twice as much. Was able to use older scanner and printer by downloading Vista 64-bit drivers.

Cons: Can't use it. It shipped with obsolete cartridges, printer won't work until correct cartridges are inserted. Wants me to order them from HP.

Overall Review: It came free with a PC, so I'm not wasting the money to ship it back. I was on hold for 27 minutes with support and finally gave up. All I want is the correct cartridges.

Pros: Performed exactly as described. A real workhorse.

Overall Review: I easily upgraded this to 8 GB RAM, making it adequate for everything I do on a laptop.
