Pros: Probably the sturdiest flash drive you can buy, because the attachment point is made of metal, instead of, say, rubber. After having multiple other drives fall off my keychain after a few months, having one that has lasted over three years is a revelation.

Cons: The flash memory will wear out before the casing will. I use mine a lot, and the write speeds are beginning to get quite slow.

Overall Review: For the price (for any price, really), you can't beat it. Not having it snap off your keyring once will pay for itself.
