Pros: Quiet, good value, loving the extra space. Newegg's rma and customer service was eggcellent (couldn't resist).

Cons: First one crapped out on me during the format when installing winxp. Made a scratching noise that gradually got worse. It was free 3 day shipping but when I had to rma it was ground and took much longer.

Overall Review: This is my first newegg purchase. I'm quite pleased.

Pros: Isn't completely broken.

Cons: The padding is rock hard and inflicts actual physical pain to my ears with prolonged daily use. When charging them while using them, you can hear the crackle and hum of the current in the left earphone. Worst customer service I've encountered in a long time.

Overall Review: I purchased these after owning the Omega headset. I was pleased with those. These look very similar and are half the price, and I assumed that it was because that while the Omega could be used for PC and console, the Rage were PC only. Boy was I wrong. Not only was it immediately apparent that these were low quality after pressing the padding, but it felt like it was made out of cheaper materials just by holding them. Not being able to afford another pair, I lived with it. After days of use these headphones started to make my ears sore. I thought I was just adjusting to them and they had to be broken in but I was wrong again. I contacted Creative customer support and requested to exchange them for the Omega. Their response was: "We apologizes that you are experiencing this issue, we are not allow to change the earpad of the Sound Blaster Tactic3D Rage Wireless to replace with the Sound Blaster Tactic 3D Omega Headset earpad. I only can recommend you to change the earpad by yourself but it is not really advisable." I explained again that I wanted an upgrade or a refund. They approved the upgrade and then proceeded to tell me that I had to pay $250, which is $80 MORE than what I had paid for the Omega THREE YEARS AGO. I explained that it was ridiculous, and I could get a brand new pair for $120 AND didn't have to exchange the Rage to do so. He then told me they would accept $120 AND STILL wanted the Rage. I said that the offer was insulting, and to not bother making any more offers. He then said "Please note that if we are selling you the Omega headset without trading the Rage headset it is reflects that you are getting both headset Rage and Omega at the price of $120 only." Like I got the rage for FREE? LOL He is obviously an idiot, and I will never EVER be buying another product from Creative again.

Pros: Besides the obvious? It's pretty durable. I dropped it on a cement floor and it's still kicking without any scratches or cracks. It must have landed directly on the dpi buttons below the mouse wheel because one button was wedged under the other pretty good. After a little loving force the button came loose, and while they aren't sitting together perfectly anymore they still work. I have a cat, and my last mouse would get hair stuck inside where the optics sit. I was constantly using a tweezers to pick it clean because it would bug out. The optics on this mouse sit very close to the pad, and there isn't really a place for hair to get caught. I didn't know this before I bought it but it made me very happy.

Cons: Swapping the cable between mouse and dock is not very smooth. It doesn't just slide in, you have to work at it to get the right angle on both the dock and the mouse. Then once it's in you have to toggle the button on the bottom of the mouse too. If your mouse dies on you in the middle of any sort of pvp, don't expect to be alive by the time you're done. It's slippery. That's how I dropped it. Was moving it from pad to dock and it just slid right out of my hand. The material on the sides of the mouse is a very smooth plastic. It feels good after using it for a while but I have to admit it took some getting used to.

Overall Review: Even with it's flaws, it's the best gaming mouse I've used. The extra buttons aren't just for mmo's, they are very handy for just about anything.

Pros: Works as expected.

Cons: Overpriced, should have been included with either my motherboard or video cards.

Overall Review: Feels like a rip off.

Pros: Used it for about 2 years daily with no problems. Would be 5 stars if not for having to replace the first one.

Cons: The first one I got was doa, made clicking and scratching noises and just didn't work. However, I had no problems with newegg sending out a speedy replacement.
