Good board for the money

Pros: This is a basic motherboard, you get what you pay for. If you want more features such as sli, firewire etc you will need to buy a more expensive board. If you don't need those things this board is good. I am running a Intel core 2 E6300 overclocked from 1.86 ghz to 2.8 ghz, Evercool Buffalo cpu cooler,4 gb Kingston hyper x ram, Gtx 260 video card and a WD raptor hard drive, and two 120mm case fans. This set up scores a 5.5 on cpu (stock was 4.9) and 5.9 on everything else in Vista and a score of 1297.6 in Passmark ( stock was 959.3) with a max temp of 47.6 under full load. I may try to get the full 3.2 ghz out of this chip later this week. If you overclock just make sure you have a good cpu and case cooler
Cons: Bios could have more selectable choices. The manual could be more discriptive of what the settings do and it could have better overclocking instructions.
Good cooler for the price

Pros: This cooler does what it is supposed to do for a very good price. I have overclocked my E6300 cpu from 1.86 Mhz to a 2.8 Mhz with a max temp reading of 116.6 F under heavy load using this cooler. Using passmark 7 my cpu score went from 1418 to a 2037. Overall score went from 959.3 to 1297.6. System setup MSI P45 Neo motherboard Intel E6300 Cpu BFG GTX 260 Video Card 4GB Kingston DDR2 1066 Hyper X ram WD Raptor Hard drive
Cons: I wish it had more heat pipes, but for $16 you can't complain.
toshiba u205-s5057

Pros: I was very confused about which memory to buy for my toshiba satellite u204-s5057 laptop. New eggs memory config tool did not list my laptop so I bought it from Crucial, on my invoice found out that the ct577755 memory is the same as ct2kit25664ac667. I paid $118 from crucial and would have prefered to buy from newegg since I ordered office 2007 from them the same day. New egg needs to update their config utility for laptop memory, ended up costing me more money. I always try to buy from Newegg. good service, and fast shipping.
Cons: nothing
good hard drive

Pros: Good hard drive. This is my second one I have bought. I bought it so I could use two of them in a raid 0 configutration. I didn't see any improvement for gaming in the raid configuration. I just ordered a 150GB raptor and will put these two hard drives in my wifes computer in a raid 1 configuration. As a stand alone or raid 1 configuration these hard drives are great. Faster than alot of other sata drives and much faster than Eide drives.
Cons: None that I can think.
Overall Review: New Egg has the raptor 150GB hard drive on sale with a $xx rebate. Final price is $xxx. If you are looking for speed and don't need the extra space, Don't use these in raid 0, two of these will cost just as much. Just buy the raptor.
