Pros: Great RAM, for a great price. Offered an excellent performance boost without really breaking into the piggy bank :) Only know how required is to know how to seat the SODIMM into the banks on the underbody of the laptop, which is relatively simple, but if you don't know how, theres usually someone you know that can help...

Cons: None that I can think of.

Pros: Very sleek, elegant design. Fits easily over the ear without messing with your hair, and giving you heaset hair. For those people that still work in a call center like I used to, you know what I mean. Excellent sound quality, and the microphone has a great sound quality capturing your voice. Not faded or distorted at all.

Cons: Sometimes the over the ear design if your wearing them for too long can make the skin on the top of the ear a bit irritated. If only there was some padding there :)

Overall Review: Like a previous comment, great starter headset, haven't found a reason to upgrade yet, its just a flat out awesome headset up to this point.

Pros: Very appropriately priced. I've done my share of IT helpdesk call center jobs, and have used Plantronics phone headsets before and those puppies are practically indestructible. So after using this, it has to this point withheld the same quality. Very solid design. Would recommend this if your looking for a cheaply priced headset to talk on the internet, or audio enhanced screen captures to post online.

Cons: Only con is the mic piece is not flexible. Therefore you cannot bend it, however that is not always a bad thing.
