Pros: Great feel and shape. Perfect for any grip style: claw, palm, hamburger, whatever. It works. Great texture. Looks cool. Plenty of buttons for custom mapping. Scroll wheel side-clicks are very convenient. DPI adjustment is perfectly placed.

Cons: Logitech isn't gouging customers more by making this an affordable mouse.

Pros: Amazing sound and build quality. Very comfortable. Almost passively noise-cancelling.

Cons: Users are required to install terrible, outdated, likely outsourced, barely-functional software to maintain the headset. Updating firmware, changing surround sound, EQ... it's all buried in some disgusting EPOS software.

Overall Review: If Sennheiser has given up on their products, then so have I. I was amazed at this headset when I took it out of the box. I truly have never owned a piece of audio equipment like it. The way the ear cups feel on your head, the satisfying turn of the volume knob, the dual output channels for separating media and communications... it all means nothing because the headset barely forking works. The range sucks. Sound crackles randomly, no matter where you are or what you're listening to. This thing is no more than a tease. I'm surprised Sennheiser is even still allowed to sell this thing because it very clearly DOES NOT WORK. I know, I know, you're thinking to yourself, "This guy doesn't couldn't troubleshoot his way out of a cardboard box." While I would like to agree with you, I've been on a PC for about 15 years, working as a software engineer for about half that time, and spending most of the rest of it gaming. Troubleshooting is one of my favorite things to do, because it usually results in a solved problem or a more enjoyable experience. This headset is not something you can troubleshoot. Sennheiser did try to provide the necessary resources to make troubleshooting worthwhile, however they did not put the necessary effort into putting those resources together. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere. Better yet, just start your own headphone company. Sennheiser is all but out of the game.

Cons: I hope whoever packaged my unit gets fired, because not only does this lead me to believe that Newegg has stopped caring about their customers, but it also leads me to believe that they didn't even test that this laptop works. If they didn't send the right charger, then how am I supposed to know they even plugged it in and turned it on?

Overall Review: This is complete disrespect for the consumer. I'm a full-time student and now I get to wait even longer for the piece of equipment I already paid for.
