Pros: Works great and the HD picture looks like it is from an HD cable box. The set up is a little tricky (dealing with the cable company) but once you get the cable card set up with the cable company it's a non-issue.

Overall Review: The card has already paid for itself with the money I've saved from box top rental fees. It costs me $2.50 a month for the cable card rental fee. With the HTPC and xbox extender setup for WMC I'm easily saving over $40 a month. Time Warner charges over $20/month for HD DVRs.
