Pros: None.

Cons: Cable seems to not be standard compliant. I purchased this cable to connect a Firepro V5800 video card to an Asus VK278Q monitor. With the two devices connected I could not power up either device if the other device was already powered on. After switching to a different cable the problem is gone.
