This review is from: Dual LCD Monitor Desk Mount Stand Heavy Duty Fully Adjustable 2 Screens upto 27"
Pros: - Sturdy steel
- Easy assembly
- 3 joints in each arm for horizontal adjusting (plus one for monitor tilt)
- 2 ways to attach to desk (clamp or thru desk hole)
Cons: - Minimal height adjustment
Other Thoughts: As some reviewers have stated, this monitor desk mount has no height adjustment. While that is technically true (the pole doesn't have any way to raise or lower), you can "hack" it by making the clamp the largest size, then put in a shim on top of your desk and you'll get a few more inches. This is precisely what I had to do to get my two Asus 23" monitors just above my Lenovo W540 laptop screen, and it works beautifully. I just painted the 2x4 shim (1.5" actual height) matte black and you barely notice it's there. To give you an idea, from my desk to the bottom of my 23" monitor is 11.5 inches. And since the price was less than half of other dual monitor mounts I was looking at, I am extremely happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend this if you don't need monitors too high in the sky.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Reliability, Storage size, and RPM speed
Cons: None so far
Other Thoughts: I've been using this for almost a year now without any issues. I got this drive because my laptop only had a piddly 160GB drive, which is laughable nowadays. I really wanted a 1TB 7200RPM drive but could not find one reasonably priced at the time. So I went for this 750GB one and I couldn't be happier. It was easy to install and worked great (but I had to use Acronis Disk Image to make sure all existing partitions were copied, such as the hidden backup one).READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Antec Cooling Pad NOTEBOOK COOLER CLASSIC B
Pros: Does what it is supposed to do and at a low cost.
Other Thoughts: My laptop front would get very hot and this notebook cooler keeps in running cooler. Before it was hot to the touch, now it's just slightly warm.READ FULL REVIEW
