Unstable
CORSAIR XMS3 8GB (4 x 2GB) DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMX8GX3M4A1600C9
Pros: It does its job kinda.
Cons: Caused my system to become unstable. Would get random blue screens, citing memory manager, random video driver crashes, random desktop manager crashes. I ran memtest on the ram for periods up to 12-14hrs with no errors. I pulled this ram out and reinstalled the ram I originally had in my machine, errors gone; system is back to normal.

What a difference
GIGABYTE GA-H61MA-D3V LGA 1155 Intel H61 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
Pros: Used this board to build a machine to replace a lethargic AMD tri-core phenom. What a difference!! This machine runs circles around the one it replaced!!
Cons: None so far!
