Works well for the price

Pros: Easy install, very quiet so far, gets me 100+ fps on WoW while having 2 tabs up on Firefox dual-monitoring. I like what it does for not having a dedicated power supply!
Cons: None.
Why is this being shipped in the wrong box?

Pros: Fit in my computer just fine.
Cons: It is not the HVR-1250, it's the HVR-1265. Due to the fact the driver code isn't available to the public, there's no Linux driver for this model so it's a nice paper weight. The box says 1250 but it's not. Why not print the right model number on the box? Also upsetting that I had to pay for shipping back when it wasn't what I ordered in the first place.
It's a Surfboard, so it works

Pros: I have always had good luck with Motorola. Had a Surfboard I bought in 2000 I replaced with this to get DOCSIS 3.0 Plugged it in, called my ISP and registered it, and haven't had to reboot it yet in 2 months. Solid piece.
Cons: Only complaint would be how bright the lights are on the front. I don't have a closet to put it in yet. Lights up my bedroom like the Northern Lights.. Had to cover with some tape to knock down the brightness.
Much faster than regular HDD

Pros: Loading times dropped at least 90% from old HDD in laptop, lots of storage. USB adapter for transferring files being included is a great addition.
Cons: Cloning software is cheap and not very useful. Had terrible timing issues with memory after moving to this, had to do clean install of Windows after trying 3 times to move image over.
Good value

Pros: Good memory, easy install, still working perfectly.
Cons: Nothing so far
Simple and easy to use

Pros: Plug and play basically. Small, stays out of way
Cons: None
Overall Review: I bought this because, at the time, the new Hauppauge capture cards were incompatible with my MythTV application. Bought this and worked seamlessly for it.
