Cons: Unspecified requirement of Internet connection for the software to run. There may or may not be other Cons, but I don't know since I cant test it.

Overall Review: This is a review of my experience dealing with ArcSoft and Newegg, rather than a review of the Portrait+ Plug-in for Photoshop. I'm unable to test the software because it only works on Internet connected computers, however neither Newegg nor Arcsoft's website mentioned needing an Internet connection in the product Specifications/System Requirements. When I wrote to ArchSoft about the software not working, and how they failed to mention the requirement on their website in the product Tech Specs page, they apologized “for the inconvenience” and said that there is no offline version currently available, but that they would update their website with the requirements. They did NOT offer a refund. I also wrote to Newegg, but did not receive any reply. At time of writing this review, exactly one month after I purchased Portrait+, both websites have yet to be updated about needing an Internet connection. Note: although I obviously have Internet access on one computer, I use a different computer for Photoshop that does not and will never have an Internet connection.
