Pros: Top notch LED-HDTV. 5-egg rating is for TV. Better picture than both the 2-yr old Led Toshiba's I also own. No Internet connection. Knew that prior to purchase. Shipping was fast, however the factory tv box had a large puncture on both sides of the box. We feared the tv was damaged upon opening. The tv screen had a small mark on it upon unpacking. However it did clean off @ left no indication of an impact. No marks on back. The only protection inside the box over the screen is a micro-thin foam envelope. NOT ENOUGH! I will monitor closely its operation for any failures. I feel this box was handled roughly @ should have been packed inside a second box for protection. UPS Delivery.
