ASUS VG27AH Black 27" HDMI Widescreen 3D IPS LED Monitor 250 cd/m2 80,000,000:1 Built-in Speakers Height&swivel adjustable
ASUS VG27AH Black 27" HDMI Widescreen 3D IPS LED Monitor 250 cd/m2 80,000,000:1 Built-in Speakers Height&swivel adjustable

Pros: I call myself an average gamer and computer techie. but as far as I'm concerned this monitor is sick. the 3d conversion is ok but I use tridef 3d with an amd 7950 and the visuals are awesome. the 3D looks great. some other reviewer said that text wasn't as sharp as they had hoped, but I honestly cant see what they were talking about. the monitor is beautiful. I upgraded to this monitor from a high end Samsung model and this monitor blew it away. the colors are great.

Cons: None that I can think of.

Bad card and even worse support

Galaxy GeForce GTX 670 2GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 SLI Support Graphics Card 67NPH6DV5ZJX
Galaxy GeForce GTX 670 2GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 SLI Support Graphics Card 67NPH6DV5ZJX

Pros: Card seemed great until the bad started.

Cons: Im writing this on behalf of my brother, because I feel that buyers need to be warned. I recently build a new high end gaming pc. My brother also built a new high end htpc. He bought this card for 359.00 with a 20 dollar rebate. Once he received the card he sent off for his rebate roughly a week or two after he got the card. the rebate required him to mail in the upc code on the cards packaging. Well soon the card went bad. He started getting glitches and sound issues. He calls newegg for customer support and guess what they tell him. Since he no longer has the original upc they cannot replace the defective card. $359.00 bucks and less than thirty days later they wont replace it. Shame on you Newegg. screwing people out of their hard earned money. My brother then has to contact the manufactuer to hopefully get it replaced. To his surprise and mine he has to ship it to them at his expense. (around 12 dollars) They have the card for about two weeks before sending it back to him. Much to our shock they send him back the same card saying its been repaired. Now im sorry but when you buy something as expensive as a video card you should in my mind receive a new and properly functioning product. Now the card is having the same issues as though it wasnt fixed and 5 emails and numerous call attempts he's left with a defective card and an inability to replace the card. Someone please explain to me how this is fair buisness. I myself have spent around 2000.00 with newegg in the past couple months for my build not to mention what my brother spent. I myself will not buy products any further from newegg after seeing how "important" their customers are to them. This is a Shame. Just want to warn you folks to beware of your rebate. I dont understand how your supposed to send off for it while maintaining the comfort and ability to rma your product when a problem arises. Newegg has dropped the ball on this one and so has galaxy. Way to go guys.

Maybe I got a bad board

ASRock X570 TAICHI AM4 AMD X570 ATX AMD Motherboard
ASRock X570 TAICHI AM4 AMD X570 ATX AMD Motherboard

Pros: Build Quality

Cons: Dim rgbHorrible BIOSConnection layout

Overall Review: I had major issues with this board. I switched to it from an MSI B550 tomahawk due to SLI compatibility. Due to lack of graphics card stock i wanted to use my two 980 ti's to see if i can get better performance until i could upgrade to an rtx 3080. From the start i had issues. It would not let me install windows to the m.2 ssd. I had to go into command prompt and set up the drive. this was a pain. I am not a power user so i used an online guide. Once windows was finally installed I updated windows and all the drivers. I even updated the BIOS. the board seemed good although the rgb lighting was really dim. I googled it and it seems that its a common issue with multiple fixes suggested. None of which fixed it for me. I then installed the rest of my drives and started downloading my games. At some point I ran some benchmarks and had huge improvements in performance. Then the system crashed and when i rebooted the drive didn't detect a boot drive. I tried everything i could to get it back up. After several failed attempts I re-installed windows to a different m.2 drive doing all the other steps i did with the first time. Once windows was installed i put the original M.2 drive in it and discover that it had been erased. Much to my horror i then discovered that all my drives with years of photos and files were erased as well. Needless to say this was it for me. i took the board out and packed it back up to return. I went back to the Tomahawk and spent a couple days trying to recover as much data as i could from my erased drives. I read online from several users who experienced the same issues as me and some even worse. Therefore i would not recommend this board.

Horrible Customer service

The item was defective. I started a return. the item came in to shipments so i requested two return labels. So far i have been asked to record a video of the defect. I sent them the requested video and they replied with a return address and no other info. I still have not received the second return label or any actual instructions on what to do.
