Pros: It's a swivel usb drive, which I like over cap or extenable. 448mb is accessable as a public partition.

Cons: The encrypted partition is not mounted after authenticated. You must manually open computer management and mount the partition by assigning a drive letter. Not very user friendly. I need these to be user friendly and encrypt ePHI, but because I can't train anyone how to easily use these, I might just have to return them. I use windows 7 64-bit edition.

Overall Review: The private partition is formated FAT32. It's been 9 days since I've emailed support2@nticorp.com. No response. I guess they know its a problem, but have no solution?
