Pros: Right now I am running it off an intel 4570T integrated graphics which is HD 4600. I set it on the wrong resolution . I am using 2560 x 1080 not the native 3440 x 1440 and it is great for my tired older eyes. I have 2 eye lens implants from cataract surgery and while they work great for middle vision and distant vision they are not that good with the 3440 x 1440 that this screen comes in. So I went to display settings and chose 2560 by 1080. works perfectly for my eyes. So good that I sat down and started typing this up 5 minutes after I set it from native to 2560 by 1080.

For the vision of my eyes on setting 2560 x 1080 this worth it to me.
I will post back with more details on how it works at full resolution. I will test it with a few mac minis. I will test it with a few video cards.

Cons: Cons $999.99 is pricey. I had some problems with it on one pc during setup but my asrock z97 board with the stock display cable provided works well. This screen costs a little more then the pc does

Other Thoughts: My pc

is
1) asrock z97 itx mobo
2) samsung ssd model mz-5pa2560/0D1
3) 2x 8gb sticks of silverline mushkin ram
4)intel 4570T cpu
5)prolimatech cooler
6)Fsp 450watt aurum series pt-450m platinum psu
7)windows 7 ultimate
I am using the hd 4600 intel graphics

4 out of 5 eggs Follow up 30 day review. 06/13/2015

This review is from: TRENDnet Wireless AC1200 Dual Band Gigibit Router with USB Share Port, TEW-813DRU

Pros: It is low cost and is a great add on product for a large home.
Or an apartment dweller.
It was plug and play. I only needed to copy the numerical password so I could sign on with my mac minis and ipad mini.

Cons: Range is limited. My home is 2 stories 25 by 40 each floor.
My spots for placement are limited for this piece of gear.

Bottom floor far right of my home and my ipad mini does not pick up reception in my kitchen which is top floor far right of the home.

Top floor far left of my home and my ipad mini does not pick up reception in my den which is bottom floor far right.

Bottom floor far right my den and my ipad mini does not get reception on top floor far left.

So to run the ipad mini In every room I would need two of these.

Now at 59 bucks I can do this. So if you have a dead spot in your large home this works as an addon. If you have a small apartment this should fully cover you.

Other Thoughts: Install was easy.

I have a modem >>> A 4 port wired router >>> a 16 port switch >>>>

this allows hard wire ethernet to 4 rooms in my house. I was able to plug n play this unit to all 4 rooms. this makes it 4 star. to be 5 star it would need to work for my ipad mini in every room .

I an a newegg eggspert reviewer. and this was a followup interview.

5 out of 5 eggs So far it is a five star item 05/11/2015

This review is from: TRENDnet Wireless AC1200 Dual Band Gigibit Router with USB Share Port, TEW-813DRU

Pros: This is an Eggxpert review.
This is my first day impression.
My hook-uo is modum > hard wired router > 16 port switch>five port switch>this router > wire less connection to a mac mini in an adjacent room. No drop outs in 3 hours of testing.

Cons: None for this review as my major problem with wifi is the fact that I live less then 15 miles from 2 military airbases.

When the military starts field testing planes and blimps every wif fi device I have ever owned has constant drop outs. So This review has yet to show this.

Once I listen too and see tsting from the military I can do a second review.

Other Thoughts: I am hoping this device is more resitant to dropouts that have plague me for so long that I just don't run wif fi.

I will come back with a new review and mention if I get this problem
