This review is from: Friedrich D70BP 70 Pint Dehumidifier, Built-in Drain Pump
Pros: I am an Eggxpert Reviewer now that I mentioned that here is my review.
First off it works.
Second has a pump that allows hookup to a drain.
Third not crazy loud.
Fourth pulls a lot of water compared to the power it uses.
Lastly my delivery truck guy was good and I got a nice clean box.
Cons: Like all dehumidifiers it gives off plenty of heat.
even though it does a better job then most at watts used to drop your humidity percent . It will cost you quite a bit if you run it a lot.
Other Thoughts: I try to never run humidifiers in the summer as they will simply make the rooms very warm. The fall is coming and if you have a damp cold basement in the fall and the winter now is the time to buy this. It will dry out your basement and make it warmer. So consider getting this while the current promo from newegg is still good. I have a damp basement so I will use this in the fall and the winter. My basement will be warm and dry. With the current sale newegg has a ver good price on this.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: FREMO P100 10400mAh Power Bank External Battery Charger for iPhone, iPad Air, mini, Galaxy S5, Note, Galaxy Tab, Nexus, HTC One, One 2 (M8), PS Vita and other Smartphones and Tablets (made by SCUD)
Pros: Absolutely beautiful looks. Real aluminum with a brushed finish. It will look good no great next to any aluminum Apple product. If looks matter a lot to you this is a good item for you. I charged a trac phone with a micro plug I charged a trac phone with a mini plug. I charged a logitech keyboard with a micro jack.
It would allow your phone to run for a long time in an emergency.
Cons: Only one cable a usb micro to a standard usb 2 jack. when you charge a product you need it to be a usb 2 micro jack item . I have a cable with a usb mini jack so I was able to charge a few other items. In addition to the 1 cable it is a short cable so it may be a hassle to charge the item you want to charge. The provided cable also charges the battery box. plug the standard sized usb2 plug of the cable into the provided power source and the box will charge in about 4-6 hours. Oh I forgot there is not provided power source.
You to buy at least two things a cable with multiple adapters. A power to provide power to charge the battery pack
this item below fits the bill. It has power sources and cables
With both the Fremo p100 and the kit above you are well covered. With just the fremo p100 you can come up short.
Other Thoughts: I would have loved the p100 to have multiple cables and a power source for charging it.
It is really good looking and has a nice feel. I like the understated blue charge leds as they are not blinding. This pack has a real value in a prolonged power outage it will allow for really long uptime on your phones. I was affected by Hurricane Sandy. I had loss of power for days. I would have liked to have this around
Please be sure to realize you will need a power source to charge it and you maY need more cables then it came with.
Pros: Pros very well built pcb board is sturdy. Allows for a nicer spacing of 2 cards then many other companies.
If you have a big case and run 2 gpus using Prolimatech PRO-MK-26-BK MK-26 Black Series GPU Cooler's they will space far enough apart to run as sli and quietly .
A very big pro to run top notch cards in sli with no heating or sound issues.
It handles everything I do well. But I do not game much…..
Has 2 ethernet jacks very nice. Very good sound options. I can't find much flaw.
It also is the first board I have used that works with my ram .
Has physical bios switches .
Has better op amps you can swap out.
Has an internal power button.----------------------I really like that in a board.
I had two sticks of
AMD Radeon R9 Gamer Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2400 (PC3 19200) Desktop Memory Model R938G2401U1K
this ram did not work in any motherboard. And I have tried 5 other boards . well it works fine with this mother board.
Cons: Could have a sys fan jack in one more spot.
My rear exhaust fan went across my gpu's to plug in.
For me it was okay due to the custom after market cooling on the pair of hd7970's I used. but if you have standard fans an issue.
Other Thoughts: High mobos are personal taste items.
Gigabyte, Asus ,Asrock and Evga , Intel boards Have all been in my home.
Gigabyte has consistently had two advantages zero failures everyone
worked. Two I like the spacing of the gpus better on gigabyte then any other mobo.
I am used to the bios so I don't complain about it. I also over clock gpus more then cpus or ram. I use msi afterburner.
Should you buy this sure why not.
It is close to the Asus z97-ws in price and quality. I really prefer the gigabyte's power button location over the asus's alot.
the rest and the power button on the asus are next to each other and a gpu can hide them causing you to press the wrong buttton. not the case with the gigabyte. trust me resetting your mobo when you do not want to is a hassle. most likely to happen with the asus not this board.
