Pros: Backlit keys make it easy to use in low light. Still works after a few years.

Cons: I contacted OCZ RAM 3 days ago and haven't gotten an RMA issued yet. The drive is unusable. Other manufactures issue RMAs instantly.

Overall Review: The drive is showing (SMART) powered on :246 days, Power Cycles: 622 (thanks windows update) bad sectors:384 + 288 This drive was used for windows and a few games. No personal data was ever stored on this drive. If downtime is an issue the RMA process is too slow to consider OCZ.

Pros: For the price this is amazing.

Cons: Can't seem to get my computer to switch to 4k resolution. Can't get universal remotes to work correctly with TV. LG TV codes seem to be the closest. Speakers are low quality. No optical digital audio outs. (Most speaker systems do not have coaxial digital support. I needed to spend $20 for a coaxial to optical converter.) Changing the TV input requires the OK button to change the input. (see other thought to see why this is unfavorable)

Overall Review: 4k doesn't mean much without having 4k content. I purchased an LG NBN36 sound bar. The TV section on the LG soundbar remote does work with the TV. It just lacks the OK button to change the TV input.

Overall Review: I ordered a pink, blue, sliver, and black. I got 1 pink and 3 black. After reading the reviews about the seller taking a few weeks to ship and poor customer service, I am not optimistic about any type of resolution from the seller. I am glad I selected Google Protected purchase. Thanks Google I know you have my back.

Overall Review: Runs on 4 small batteries (LR41). When the laser stops working it is probably cheaper to buy a new one vs replacing the batteries.

I purchased a tablet for my daughter. She dropped it and the screen broke. I received an email from Imagestore asking about the shopping experience and if the device was working. After explaining that it as broke due to no fault of Imagestore, they offered to replace it.

Merchant takes 2 weeks to ship. They sent me a dead product and do not respond to RMA requests. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT.
