Pros: Speakerphone on both base and handset. Can control messages from handset. Good sound, good volume. Big easy hit buttons on both units.

Cons: None that I have.

Overall Review: I needed a phone that I could use anywhere hands free and this one fills the bill. I have a bad ear and I have no problems hearing with the speaker. The intercom is an added bonus.
