Pros: Headset and mic sound decent, mouse works great.

Cons: W key on keyboard not working, keyboard is useless because of this one key.

Overall Review: I ordered this set end of October for a Christmas present but sadly the keyboard hasn't been used because while trying to set everything up after my kid received it we found the W key does not work. Unfortunately, that is the most used key due to her gaming so it is HIGHLY needed. We packaged it all up and tried to return it but it was unable to because it passed the Newegg deadline. (Teaches me not to buy early for Christmas in the future.) This has been a headache trying to find where to do an RMA request. GX Gaming sent me to Genius, Genius says to send it back to retailer. Finally, I found a Genius rep in the US who directed me to a 3rd party company in Canada to do the RMA, just sent off the request. I'm hoping this story has a happy ending but I will not buy from Genius again because two months + of circles is enough for me.
