Pros: I bought the headset to use with my Skype. I've been looking for a brand name USB headset for a while. I didn't want to get a big and bulky gaming headset. I just need a light and comfortable one that I can take it with me. There is no additional software needed to use the device. Just plug into any USB port. Skype recognized it right away. Audio is great. Can't ask for more. Love it.

Cons: It doesn't fold into compact size, but again it's name brand and affordable.

Pros: I got this fiber patch cord for my network training classes. It works right out of the box. It's good to go. Since it's for training purpose, I'll keep it for future production environment. It looks and feels sturdy. I like the brand. I think they are doing a great job. Packaging is solid. Feel confident about the company. I'm sure they are taking care of their customers. I will recommend it to all my classmates. I like the company name as well. It feels like a nice warm breeze when sitting on a white sand beach on a Sunday afternoon.

Cons: None at this time.

Pros: This mic is compact and easy to carry with you. It doesn't even take up much space in my laptop bag. It's hard to find external mic for laptop. I'm glad NewEgg carries such product. The device works right out of the box. There is no software to install. Built-in mic on my laptop is kind of weird. This really helps. I use it to record my voice dictation and with Skype as well. It's a good little device. I love it.

Cons: It took a few weeks before I receive my purchase. I think it was shipped from somewhere else not from NewEgg.

Pros: I'm glad I found this mic. It's small with bendable arm. It's doesn't take too much space in my laptop bag. I need one because built-in mic on my laptop is not as sensitive as I wish. I always have to lean forward toward the little mic hole in order to get a good recording. I'm happy with the purchase.

Cons: Delivery took a while. I guess NewEgg doesn't carry the item. It was shipped from the vendor directly I think, not sure.
